Throughout 2026, our Centennial Year, you can reserve a Special Centennial Kiddush held on Saturday mornings following Shabbat services. Whether you’re here in Moncton or joining us from away, this is a beautiful and meaningful way to connect with your community and leave your mark on this historic year.

What’s Included

Your $500 sponsorship covers an enhanced Kiddush experience — a specially prepared spread that goes above and beyond our regular weekly offering, making the occasion feel as celebratory as the year itself.

Dedicate It to Someone Special

Sponsored Centennial Kiddushes can be dedicated in memory or honour of a loved one, in honour of a simcha, or simply as an expression of your support for Tiferes Israel. Your dedication will be announced during services, displayed on a sign in the Synagogue lobby and on the website,  as well as sent out in an email to the congregation,.

A Few Things to Know

Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis

Subject to availability — certain religious holidays are excluded

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to reserve your date

Bookings made with less than two weeks’ notice are welcome but printed signage cannot be guaranteed

Reserving early is strongly encouraged

The Special Centennial Kiddushes are different than the Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Kum A Heim Weekend and Cornerstone Kiddushes.
