Important Booking Information
- Limited Availability: Each hotel has a limited number of rooms reserved in our special block. Once these rooms are fully booked, the special rate will no longer be available.
- Book Early: Each hotel has a different cutoff date. After this date, any unreserved rooms from our block will be released back to the hotel, and the special rate will no longer apply.
- How to Book: You must contact the hotel directly and give the indicated booking code each hotel provided to receive the special rate.
